Terms & Conditions

• User / Renter: A person renting an Asset through ShareKayak.
• Asset: Kayaks, SUPs, lockers, or other rental equipment.
• Booking: A confirmed reservation made via ShareKayak’s platform.
• Partner / Owner: Business or individual listing assets via ShareKayak.

• You must be 18 years or older to rent via ShareKayak
• You must provide accurate personal and payment information.

• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
• Accepted payment methods: to be specified (e.g., card, PayPal, Swish).
• Rental fees, taxes, and deposits (if applicable) are displayed before checkout.

• Cancellations made [insert timeframe, e.g., 24 hours before start time] may be refunded fully/partially
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges.
• If ShareKayak cancels (e.g., equipment unavailable), you will receive a full refund.

• Assets must be used responsibly and in compliance with safety rules.
• Life jackets are mandatory when using kayaks or SUPs.
• Do not use equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Assets must be returned on time and in good condition.

• Renting watercraft involves inherent risks — by booking, you accept these risks.
• You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
• ShareKayak is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of property, except in cases of negligence on our part

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

All content on ShareKayak’s website/app (logos, text, designs, etc.) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy or use it without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Outstanding fees or damages remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden.
